The Micro-Needle is a minimally invasive, non-surgical device used to enhance the appearance of lips. It uses 3 tiny needle pins to create micro-injections, 4x smaller than a traditional needle to inject filler into the lips. These needles define the vermillion border of your lips with sharper precision.
Hyaluronic acid (HA), also known as HA dermal gel, is a sugar naturally found in our skin. HA holds water in our skin to maintain a hydrated plump appearance. With age, the amount of HA in our bodies starts to decrease. Hyaluronic acid is injected into the lips with the use of small needle pins. This is the best option for those uncomfortable with large needles. 2 or more sessions are recommended to reach desired look and may last 6-8 months.
HA applied via Micro-Needle is not intended to be a replacement for needle fillers. It is an alternative for those seeking a unpainful option. Because there are small needles and lidocaine involved, discomfort is nearly non-existent. Recovery consists of little to no bruising and swelling for 6-8 days.
Like needle injections, the Micro-Needle inserts HA superficially. This means that if the area treated is not maintained, it will fully revert to its natural state.
Touch-ups are recommended 2 weeks after your first initial appointment of fillers! Touch-ups are necessary every 3 months after you’ve reached your desired look. You may book as soon as 2 weeks after your last appointment for fuller lips!
Fine filler is a thinner brand of HA. I recommend this filler for first timers and those looking for a subtle look with defined shape. It may last 3-4 months.
Deep filler is a neither too thin or thick brand of HA. I recommend this filler with touch-ups. This filler adds a noticeable volume but maintains a natural look. It may last 6-8 months giving fullness and subtlety.
Volume filler is a thicker brand of HA. I recommend this filler for those looking for a doll lip look, adding substantial volume and fullness. It may last 9-12 months, giving a pronounced and dramatic long lasting look.
